Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, products must be unworn or unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
In-Person Purchases at Live Events
If you purchase an item in person at a live event, any return must be processed at that same event. Returns will not be accepted once the event has concluded.
How to Start a Return
For online purchases, contact us at info@nerdmuse.art. We’ll respond within 3 business days with instructions and a return address.
Shipping Costs
If we made a fulfillment error, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Print on Demand Products
Items fulfilled by third-party services (e.g., Printify) and labeled as “printed on demand” may not be eligible for returns unless approved by the third-party service.Custom and Personalized Items
Items involving non-standard colors or materials, engraving, or personalization (e.g., custom painting or custom engraving) are not returnable once the printing, painting, or customization process has begun.3D Printed Items
3D-printed items that show signs of abuse or improper care (including throwing, exposure to excessive UV/heat, or other damage) are not eligible for return.Earrings, Sale Items, and Gift Cards
These cannot be returned.
Exchanges
All exchanges are handled as returns. To receive a different size or product more quickly, return the original item (if eligible), then place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, except for personalized or custom orders, which are exempt under EU law. Your item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@nerdmuse.art.
